Yoga
Hammer, originally from Hong Kong, is a dedicated yoga teacher with eight years of experience and a 400-hour yoga teacher certification. Her aim is to bring a unique experience to each of her classes. Focusing on inspirational and creative movements in her flow, she challenges people both physically and mentally. While her classes are conducted in English, she also speaks Cantonese fluently.
Emilie
Meditation
Originally from France, Emilie started her spiritual journey 1 and half year ago by following a 200-hour meditation teacher training, then she enrolled in Reiki training, up to the Reiki master level and finally she followed a shamanic training focus on healing. What motivates her most is the profound impact on oneself towards self-discovery and self-love through meditation, reiki, holistic practices and energy healing to help one flourish and cultivate well-being towards fulfilment and serenity. She is deeply committed to creating spaces where people can explore, heal, and fully accept themselves.
