Take your yoga to the next level ! I offer mix level Yoga Classes from Beginners to Advanced. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Yoga Class - Group and Private Class:

It will start with Pranayama (Breathing) to warm up body and mind, followed by stretching, strengthening with Asana (Yoga Poses) and finally with meditation and relaxation on the mat.  

Type of yoga class included :

Yoga HIIT (60mins) - Combines the best of both worlds - the dynamic intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and the holistic practice of yoga. This fusion creates a powerful and balanced workout that targets your body and mind, leaving you feeling energized and centered.

CreativeVinyasa (60mins) - Get ready to embark on a journey that blends traditional Vinyasa flows with artistic expression, allowing you to explore the depths of your creativity while connecting with your inner self.
