Is yoga wheel safe?

As always, make sure to warm up first before going into deeper stretch with the yoga wheel. Warm up for 10-15 mins with a few rounds of sun salutation without the yoga wheel. Everyone is different in terms of flexibility, so listen to your body. Think about your Breathing while going into a deep stretch pose, I recommend to always apply your Ujjayi breathing. Enjoy your practice!

If you experience any pain, dizziness, discomfort or difficulty with any of the exercises shown on this website please stop and consult your physician.
